1. 30-Day Returns – Unworn & Original Condition

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for women’s shoes that meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and not washed

  • In original condition, with no signs of wear, creasing, or damage

  • Original shoe box and packaging included

If these conditions are met, you may request a return for a refund.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for size issues, style changes, or change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend contacting our customer service team before sending any items back to confirm return eligibility.

2. Damaged or Defective Shoes

If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the shoes and original packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.
MissVelia will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong shoe style, color, or size, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please contact us within 7 days, and we will promptly:

  • Send the correct item, or

  • Issue a full refund

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label — return shipping is fully covered by MissVelia.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show visible signs of wear

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective upon arrival)

6. Refund Processing Time

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
